Salesforce Business Analyst 

Location: Arlington, VA

Contract is long term contractor

Phone interview then face to face or Skype

ON site role

Job description and requirements: 

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Salesforce.com Administrator, Developer certification, Salesforce.com Service and Sales Cloud certifications preferred.
• Previous experience performing functional analysis, configuring, and administering Salesforce.com functionality in Service Cloud, Sales Clouds, and Salesforce Knowledge.
• Previous experience acting as a business analyst using Salesforce.com required.
• Documenting and managing business and functional requirements required
• Proven track record of researching and analyzing complex business and operational issues and providing concise summaries using visual and written analysis
• Ability to analyze complex data or systems issues and to provide actionable recommendations to impacted teams based on the analysis
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify efficiency opportunities and/or solutions to resolve process gaps or related business challenges
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills; exceptional writing skills; ability to effectively articulate and communicate concepts, ideas, and issues with a diversity of internal stakeholders.
• Identify, develop and document requirements that clearly support and communicate needs to Customer Operations stakeholders and supporting teams.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet critical deadline
• Ability to design solutions that anticipate areas of concern and are adaptable to future changes
• Ability to analyze, test and document solutions to ensure business requirements have been satisfied
• Ability to administer data warehouse systems, CRM systems, and other assigned systems/tools
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot data inaccuracies, identify root causes, and take corrective action
• 2+ years developing and building sales and service reports and dashboards
• Experience of Agile and Jira is a must.
