Solution IT Inc. is looking for a Computer Telephony Integration Analyst for one of its clients in TN.

 

Job Title	Computer Telephony Integration Analyst
Responsibilities	Serves as a technical expert in the design, implementation, and maintenance of various CTI technologies and systems. Responsible for the integrity, security, performance of the CTI systems. Work with customers to analyze business requirements and translate them into the appropriate CTI technical solutions. Work with customers to analyze outbound dialing requirements and will then work closely with other I/S technical staff to produce appropriate outbound solutions. Monitor overall CTI systems to ensure integrity of the systems. Perform CTI technology upgrades and enhancements Configurations of overall CTI components for optimum performance and reliability Create and maintain call routing strategies Responsible for troubleshooting and support of CTI issues
Required Skills	Five (5) or more years of solid work experience with Customer Service software solutions Experience with troubleshooting and providing technical support of hardware and software solutions Experience with CTI systems administration and CTI initiatives Experience with server operating systems (Windows, AIX) Experience with creating technical designs and instructions for new integrations  CTI related certifications are considered a plus. Experience with installing vendor provided software applications Working technical experience with relational database systems Server operating system certifications are considered a plus Experience administering and configuring Genesys CTI Framework a plus Experience designing Genesys routing solutions a plus Experience with Virtual Hold Technology and/or Genesys Outbound Contact Server a plus Excellent oral and written communication skills Position Specific Requirements - Integrator Duties & Responsibilities
