This is an incredible opportunity for a DevOPs or a Systems engineer to join SaaS operations team that is the backbone of an innovative collaborative technology.
As a Principle Cloud Operation Engineer, you will play a key role in developing the next generation infrastructure that will support application and database architecture using automation techniques, configuration management like Ansible and Cloud Formation. You will also provision, clone, migrate and support multiple development, test and production environments across multiple AWS centers globally. You will continually improve processes, automation, documentation and monitoring
REQUIRED SKILLS
· You have 7-8 years of experience in a SaaS or highly available hosting environment
· Deep expertise in Linux systems administration and tuning experience
· Used Puppet or Ansible experience and scripting languages, like Ruby, Python, Bash, etc.
· Worked with version control software like GIT
· Experience with Amazon Web Services including EC2, S3, ELB, CloudFront CDN
· Understanding of agile development
· Excellent communication and organization skills
GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS BUT NOT REQUIRED
· Tomcat expertise, worked with AWS Cloud Formation, or Vagant. New Relic, Zabbix, or Graphite monitoring
· Experience with aws-cli, Python boto, or Ruby aws-sdk for AWS automation
