1) Understanding of testing processes and best practices.

- Exposure to service virtualization and TDM is a plus.

2) Understanding of testing techniques in both Waterfall and Agile processes

3) Strong understanding of services testing, should possess good knowledge and understanding of SOA technology such as ESB, Web services, XML, XSD, JSON, REST and testing lifecycle.

4) Should possess knowledge of HIPAA 27x Healthcare Transaction

5) Understanding of ETL and BI processes

6) Ability to write code in at least one language

7) Exposure to testing automation tools -- TestNG, JUnit, MSTest, Selenium, UFT, etc.

- RIT(IBM Greenhat) would be a plus

8) Exposure to service virtualization and TDM tools -- RIT, CA Lisa, Optim, Grid-Tools, etc

- RIT and/or Optim , Delphix would be a plus

9) Ability to understand client's needs and provide technical direction to the team.

10) Should possess US Healthcare Domain Knowledge  – Membership, Benefits, Claims and Billing
