Look for communities they specifically asked for this module.

Specifically look for communities strong.

Design and develop Salesforce-based applications and enhancements

Build custom applications on the Force.com platform (e.g., Sites)

Understand and leverage the Salesforce provided APIs

Follow established Salesforce development standards and best practices

A minimum of two years of recent Visualforce and Apex development experience including triggers and components

Process knowledge of Sales, Service Cloud, and Communities.
