Assist in code reviews and pull requests 
Assist in the feature request and requirements estimation phases of the project 
Ensure the technical excellence of the team by teaching and ensuring best practices in software development 
Provide leadership and mentorship to the Realquantum application development team Required skills

Ruby on Rails, 3+ years 
JQuery, 3+ years

AWS, 3+ years
