Tech Skills
- EDI Specs: Good understanding of EDI X12 and EDIFACT as it relates to Supply Chain transactions
- Data Transformations: Strong understanding of data transformations between EDI, XML, JSON and associated templates/tooling
- Protocols: Document/File exchange protocols such as AS2, SFTP and associated tooling
- Security: Worked with X509 certificates, PGP encryption, private/public keys, hashing algorithms/digests and signatures
- Troubleshooting: Able to investigate issues by understanding general document flow, using product specific operation tools, and correlating with system logs
- Setup/Configuration: Able to use B2B tools to setup new business links for document flows and associated security configuration
- Test/Production: understanding of onboarding processes and testing before going live to production
 
Soft Skills
- Good communication skills, adapts to audience
- Comfortable in partner (suppliers/retailers) meetings, to support Q & A in initial engagement, or joint trouble shooting sessions
- Takes initiative and is proactive, does not hesitate to deep dive and trouble shoot issues
- Quick learner, organized and detailed oriented, ready to coach/mentor others
