Coordinate with customer, vendors, application and business owners
Perform Root Cause Analysis, Identify improvement opportunities and Implement Best practices
Lead/Mentor/Coach team members
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Indepth knowledge of ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Release Management)
Extensive knowledge of SharePoint, migration to SharePoint online
Strong Knowledge of PowerBI, PowerApps, Altereyx and similar analytic tools
Expert in of Windows Server OS, SQL Connectivity and client connectivity (ODBC)
Engage with business stakeholders to scope various end user applications for purchase, installation and integrations
Knowledge of AD SSO authentication
