Job Description :                                                                                      
Allianz Life is seeking a QA Analyst/Sr. QA Analyst with a solid background in testing to join our Quality Services team.
For this position we are considering local candidates only, as there is potential for this role to go contract to hire.
This is a hybrid position, with an expectation for the team member to work from our Golden Valley office 2 days per week, with the remaining days being remote
This person will join an experienced team of QAs to support the benefits payout system for Allianz Life products (BASS)
3+ years of testing experience (QA or UAT), preferably in financial services or other regulated industry 
Ability to document test cases and defects in a formal ALM tool (Jira, MTM/TFS, QC, etc.) 
Experience using SQL inner joins and working with large data sets 
Strong communication, problem solving skills, ability to respond to shifting priorities, and extreme attention to detail are required 
Interpersonal skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization 
Knowledge and/or experience working in a scaled agile (SAFe) environment is a plus The qualified candidate will need to learn the following skills, but prior experience is not necessary (we will train)
Develop comprehensive knowledge of Allianz Life’s payout system
learn to run job scheduling tools (CA Workload Automation is used at AZL) 
Learn how to automate test cases (we will train on the script-less automation tools in use at Allianz Life)
