Inclusive Pay Rate:  $35.00 hr. C2C

Business Systems Analyst - MUST have excellent communication/analytical skills

Develops, maintains and improves tools and services required to perform key business functions. Monitors the
performance of current strategies and conducts analysis to ground the financial impact of proposed
strategies. Prepares presentations to communicate ideas to senior leaders. Works with statisticians and
data analysts to build models and structure data to meet analytical needs. Leads analytical projects.

• Previous experience in a PMO or BMO is required
• At lest 5 years of hands-on Business Systems Analysis experience in an IT or financial services environment
• Must be able to collect, analyze and summarize large amount of information related to technology and financial operation, and produce actionable strategic recommendations

Standard description from BSA that is applicable

• Defines solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) to business problems related to IT operations and owns the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance and final disposition of solution
• Includes interface with management, IT leads, and information technology professionals to create high-level conceptual solutions to business problems
• Usually possesses significant knowledge in one or more business functional areas  
• Financial Services experience
• 3+ years Experience
• BSA experience (Data and Systems analysis)
• Served as "lead" BSA on multiple project lifecycles; Significant experience in industry (3+ years)
• Outstanding negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills
• Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members);
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals
