Description:
Development lead on iterative development project(s) to lead the design, development and implementation of end-to-end complex solutions.
Candidate will be required to mentor and train development resources on IBM WebSphere applications.
Promote design re-usable components and services.
Develop best practices, standards of excellence, and guidelines to enforce and guide behavior.
Define and validate technical and business requirements to ensure feasibility and completeness of the technical solutions.
Capability to identify, prescribe and direct prototyping activities in order to determine appropriate design options.
Primary Technical / Business Skills:
5+ years of developer experience with Java/J2EE
Must have IBM WebSphere experience Development and Admin
