Leading insurance providers in USA has engaged Wipro Technologies to delivery New Business and Servicing solutions for Personal and Commercial Lines of Business. This initiative is geared towards delivering a transformational capability to streamline Insurance Business processes and provide operational excellence to the customer. These solutions will be built using Oneshield Dragon platform
§ Knowledge of P&C personal lines business in USA
§ Extensive experience in Java / J2EE and large integration projects
§ Extensive experience in definition and delivery of Technical / Integration design definition
§ Extensive experience in Product implementation and configuration projects (24+ months)
§ In-depth understanding of technology, architectures, tools, and databases (Java, J2EE, Integration, Oracle / DB2)
§ Strong project lifecycle skills including requirements analysis, system architecture design, object model design / UML, code structure design, source code control, and release management
§ Ability to perform Product fitment-gap analysis and recommend solution
§ Planning, Effort Sizing, Scoping, Change Requests analysis
§ Strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent written skills
§ 10+ years experience in IT industry

A Sr Technical Architect to provide architecture design and planning services in the areas of
. Research support
. Program & project technical requirements analysis
. Architecture definition and solution design
. Technical oversight for project implementation, deployment and delivery
. Assist the project and program managers in prioritizing the tasks and deliverables.
. Providing inputs to program and governance processes
. Accountable for architecting and designing comprehensive technology supporting business solutions
. Utilizes broad portfolio-building approach, detailed subject matter expertise and communication skills to create and present innovative solutions based on requirements
. Responsible for the full lifecycle technical implementation from solution blueprints, with SME participation in solution evaluation and selection, buy vs. build
