Job Title : Websphere MQ and Message Broker administrator
Location : Dublin Ohio
Duration : 7 months (temp to perm) contract to hire
Our client in Columbus, Ohio has an exciting contract to hire opportunity for a Websphere MQ and Message Broker Administrator. This person will design, develop and implement solutions for applications by engineering and configuring the IBM Websphere MQ, Message Broker and WBI Adapters (SAP, JDBC, JText). You will be asked to design, implement and maintain overall integration infrastructure for the client.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS in computer related field.
• 2 years hands on development experience with MQ and Message Broker.
• 3 years hands on MQ administration experience on Unix or Windows platform.
• Operating Systems: Windows 2003, AIX.
• 2 years Java development and RDBMS SQL experience required.
• WBI SAP Adapters experience, and SAP ALE, RFC configuration skill a plus
• Experience with WebSphere Application Server a plus.
• Experience with SAP XI is a plus.
• J2EE skills a plus
• C and C++ skills a plus
• Good testing, technical and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong command of the system development life cycle
