Needed SAP HCM/ECM Consultant - Houston TX - 6 - 9 Months.

 

SAP HCM/ECM Consultant
Houston TX
6-9 Months contract position with a large fortune 500 company offering global experience in a huge SAP environment.

 

Please make sure that they have experience in setting up SAP to run the bonus plan.
This project is in the early define stage and the client is motivated to interview and hire immediately
 
Requirements:
Experience with configuration of a bonus program into SAP
Knowledge on the employee administration such as leave of absence, eligibility from an earnings perspective and mobility.
Strong PA/OM experience
ECM experience with variable pay and equity grants
R/3 and Portal configuration for ECM
Be able to intelligently design an program capable of determining eligible earnings / calculation base dependent on region
SAP and SharePoint integration knowledge is a plus.
