Job Purpose/ Description:
Asset Management & Enterprise Service IT is looking for a motivated and talented BI developer for a challenging role in support of Real Estate & Privates, specializing in the implementation of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition development within a complex enterprise environment.
Asset Management & Enterprise Service IT is looking for a motivated and talented BI developer for a challenging role in support of Real Estate & Privates, specializing in the implementation of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition development within a complex enterprise environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
The candidate must be capable of performing the following functions:
Design and Implementation of the Business Intelligence Applications
Serve as a subject matter expert for OBIEE+, demonstrating expertise in Oracle BI Server, Oracle BI Answers, Oracle BI Interactive Dashboard, Oracle BI Publisher, etc.
Hands on experience with ETL, Dimensional Modeling & Business Intelligence & capability with the performance tuning of the BI applications
Designing and Architecture of the datawarehousing Applications
Guide & mentor organization with the correct BI Design as well as data modeling
Participate in Technical Design Document creation
Work collaboratively with technical staff, and business experts to develop solutions to business requirements and client problems

BS in Computer, Science, Computer Engineering, or related experience with 10+ yrs of experience
Strong problem solving abilities
5+ years of experience with data warehousing and OBIEE 10.x (Siebel Analytics 7.x)
5+ years of experience with BI Architecture, Dimensional Modeling & Datawarehousing
Strong experience with Oracle database
Excellent communication skills
Candidate must possess a strong work ethic, should be a self starter and must have strong written and oral skills
Good understanding of the JAVA/J2EE is a big plus ( Would be great asset going forward)
Experience in financial service industry with good knowledge of investment management is desirable
