Role Description:
Development lead responsible for understanding business requirements, technical architecture and come-up detailed design and development

? 6 years overall IT experience including 4+ years of strong progressive IT experience in the application development space, 3 years hands-on coding experience (TIBCO, BW/AM & iProcess).
? Candidates should have working exposure around the following competencies:
o Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) methods, reusable components and implementation technologies such as web services
o Experience in Java/J2EE Coding
o Exposure of frameworks, integration patterns and design patterns
o Should have working knowledge of the following tools and technologies
? TIBCO – BW,AM, iProcess
? Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
