Area of Expertise: Customer Relation Management

 Job Description:

• Must have minimum 7+ years of total IT experience of which min 5+ yrs of SFDC.
• Must have good knowledge and extensive work experience in development & implementation of multiple SFDC projects.
• Must have expertise and strong knowledge in Apex programming, Visual force, Data loader, SFDC configuration, Sites and SSO.
• Must have worked in multiple ap-exchange products.
• Must have exposure to SFDC best practices & guidelines in implementing the solution.
• Must have good knowledge and work experience in JAVA or ASP or .Net technologies.
• Must be SFDC certified professional.
• Should be able to think beyond the product boundary to suggest solution alternatives.
• Must have experience in Project documentation.
• Must have Good communication and client facing skills.
