Task Description:             
Work on support of the LMI Improvement Grant to implement an enhanced Labor Exchange System. This enhancement will allow resumes to be posted by job seekers, claimants to receive information on related job openings and additional jobs to be posted by employers.

This project is listed in the Agency's Three Year Information Systems Plan as eCMATS Labor Exchange Upgrade.

Required Skills:
5 + yrs of IT.
5 yrs of Java/J2EE experience.
5 yrs experience in developing J2EE applications and good knowledge of JAVA, Servlets, Enterprise Java Beans, Java Server Pages, JavaScript.             
5 yrs experience in Oracle Database SQL/PL-SQL, Store Procedures, Functions, writing database scripts, Oracle Report Writer and designing table structures.    
5 yrs experience working in Eclipse and Dreamweaver and JBOSS.
5 yrs experience in analyzing business processes and preparing functional and technical specifications for process and business rules. 
Knowledge of UML and case diagrams.
