Seeking a motivated Application Systems Analyst to join clients team. This position will require the candidate to perform one or more of the following functions: gather business requirements, produce system requirements, conduct functional and integration testing, and triage problems reported from the User Acceptance Test environment or production
- The ideal candidate is an individual who excels in customer service and is results oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills are required.
- Critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills are a must.
- A Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience is a required.
- Proven results in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry is a must.
- An understanding of client/server, web, and/or object oriented technologies is desired.
- Candidate should have a working knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies and is willing to contribute as a member of a team.
