· Must have Oracle 10g, 11gR2 RAC expertise, Performance tuning
· Experience with GoldenGate (strong experience is required), Streams, DataGuard
· Must have experience building new RAC database environments, as well as having the expertise to perform major revisions to existing RAC environments
· Be able to manage multiple projects
· Excellent communication skills is a must have
· Work well with others and comfortable working in a team environment
