1. HR LSO and PM (Performance Management) Lead with Global project expertise Consultant with expertise in the SAP HCM LSO (Learning Solution) and Performance Management modules in ECC 6.0, with 7-10 years of experience with multiple implementations of these modules. This resource will lead the global fit-gap, design, build, and product test of the remaining geographies at client utilizing a global common design template. Excellent communication and collaborations skills a must, global implementation experience preferred, Spanish speaking preferred. 2. HR Time Management with Global project experience Consultant with expertise in SAP HCM Time Management in ECC 6.0, with 7-10 years of experience with multiple implementations of this module. This resource must have expertise with time management, time evaluation, time rules, schemas, absence quotas, and CATS. This resource will lead the global fit-gap, design, build, and product test of the remaining geographies at client utilizing a global common design template. Excellent communication and collaborations skills a must, global implementation experience preferred, Spanish speaking preferred. 3. HR with ECM and Benefits with Global Project experience Consultant with expertise in the SAP HCM Enterprise Compensation and Benefits modules in ECC 6.0, with 7-10 years of experience with multiple implementations of these modules. This resource will lead the global fit-gap, design, build, and product test of the remaining geographies at client utilizing a global common design template. Excellent communication and collaborations skills a must, global implementation experience preferred, Spanish speaking preferred.
