Once...there was a Flight Crash and these 4 people went straight to Heaven and met The God there. God asked them to introduce themselves and their profession, and asked them how important was their survival to send them back to earth.
The first person introduced himself and said " I am a software engineer and without me the software world wouldnt survive.
The second person said..." I am a doctor and without me, people health cant survive.
The third person said "I am a soldier and without me my nation security cant survive".
The fourth person introduced himself..."I RECRUIT people for all these professions".
God smiled at the other 3 and said...without a RECRUITER you can't survive and sent the RECRUITER back to earth.
