Role : HP PPM Tester
Location : Herndon, VA
Duration : 6 Months
Job Description :
1 ) HP PPM Functional Tester
Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties will include
- Communication with managers to gather requirements and analyze/address organizational issues
- Layout a road map for the client to implement different functionalities within the tool (phased approach)
- Gather and document the requirements from the client
- Functional system configuration to meet the client goals
- Layout PMO processes in the tool
- Conducting functional workshops with different users
- Interact with other technology groups as needed
Coordinate with users and developers located in different geographic regions
Skill, Experience & General information Required:
Basic Functional Requirements
- HPPPM 9.1 (2 years plus)
- Broad vision and ability to effectively interact with and provide thought leadership across the development community, infrastructure areas, and business partners
- Extensive knowledge in Portfolio, Project, Time, Resource, Demand, Financial Management, PMO Processes etc.
Desirable Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong in PMO processes
2 ) HP PPM Technical Tester
Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties will include
- Analyze the requirement and design solutions
- Technical system configuration to meet the client goals
- Investigating and fixing bugs / Participating in test execution cycles
- Interact with other technology groups as needed
Coordinate with users and developers located in different geographic regions
Skill, Experience & General information Required:
Basic Technical Requirements
- HPPPM 9.1 (2 years plus)
- Oracle (4 years plus)
- Strong configuration and programming skills within HPPPM.
- Schema and Architecture knowledge of the tool
- Strong programming skills in SQL and stored procedures.
- Strong programming skills in developing Universe and Reports with Business Objects
Desirable Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
