Required:
5+ years professional software development - all phases of the software life cycle
3+ years Java development
3+ years UI development (Flex preferred; Swing and/or JavaScript acceptable)
2+ years multi-tier application development (All of the following preferred: RMI, EJB, AJAX, Web Services)
2+ years J2EE web apps, app servers (WebLogic preferred; JBoss, Tomcat, or similar acceptable)
Design, development, and support of reusable software
Using an IDE for software development, debugging (Eclipse preferred; other similar acceptable)
Unit testing (JUnit preferred)
Build automation (Ant preferred)
Source control (ClearCase preferred; Subversion, CVS, TFS, ClearCase, similar acceptable)
Object-oriented design and implementation, including design patterns
Experience with, or willingness to learn and become expert with, Adobe Flex.
