Requirements:
- familiarity with Websphere MQ
- familiarity with enterprise integration concepts, bonus if they are familiar with WBE and how an IBM DataPower XI 50 device works
- familiarity with Websphere App Server (WAS) and WAS tuning
- familiarity with JMS
- familiarity with Oracle RAC on Linux
- JAVA programming
- bonus skill; Websphere Process Server
- bonus skill: Websphere Business Monitor"
