1. Thorough hands-on skills on Pega needed (there are frequent requests to make code changes to improve performance)
2. The application is on PRPC 5.5 SP1 version
3. The Onshore profiles should be knowledgeable enough to communicate with Business, translate requirements to offshore, deliver on time on budget to business
4. Should have managed Transition at onsite and established stead state support in a onsite – offshore model
5. Requirement is URGENT; Prefer GC / Citizen / EAD;
