Location: Minneapolis,MN

Duration: 6-12 + Months

Description:

The candidate will need to have an extensive track record in hands-on implementation of robust code in a C# .NET framework and optimized code in native C/C++.  The candidate must also have formal education or extensive experience in designing efficient computational algorithms and data structures that consider space-time tradeoffs.

 

A major consideration for the candidate will be experience with Platform Symphony API for its grid computations and MoSeS third party analytic framework.  In addition, a plus for the candidate is to have a knowledge working with stochastic processes

 

A plus is the candidate with experience in developing high-performance computational kernels that go beyond grid computing for future endeavors involving CUDA programming for GPU computing.

 

In addition to these high-performance and software engineering skills, the candidate must be knowledgeable in the following technologies:

*             Microsoft SQL Server SQL, Stored Procedures, SSIS, and other data management tools

*             Visual Studio 2010, C#, .NET, SqlClient, C/C++ and other application development tools

*             MPI, TCP/IP, and other transport message passing API's

*             Team Foundation Server, source code control, release management in a n-tiered environment

*             Platform Symphony 4.1, and 5.0, MS HPC Job Scheduler, and Azure Cloud technology is a huge Plus!!!

*             Agile, Rapid Application Deployment, and similar methodologies
