1 Functional BA with some technical know how- For SalesForce.com

5 Developers- For SalesForce.com

2 BAs - For E-Commerce (E-store) applications

2 Developers: For JAVA/J2EE

1- Senior Architect for E-Commerce Application

1-Architect in E-Commerce Application

1-Senior DB Engineering DBA (Oracle Platform, IBM server) for E-Commerce Applications- This DBA should not all DBA tasks as well as IBM server level experts of kernel etc to provide insight on absolute performance.

1- Oracle DBA  - Reqt not sent yet, however, it is Orace DBA as discussed for E-Commerce Apps.

 

Please see below two different requirements for two BAs for E-Commerce, E-Store. I haven't received the description of the BAs and Developers for Salesforce.com yet. I need one functional level BA for Salesforce.com and five developers for SalesForce.com.  I probably just need resume and can directly put these candidate to the customer if you may have already performed the initial screening. If a candidate is strong in communication, it is easier to get them selected. The client side team is very dedicated, hence the candidate should have good attitude towards work and achieving targets.

 

For BAs for E-Store, E-Commerce Project using JAVA J2EE Web Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to create, manage, drive and maintain E-Store related processes, shopping cart process, discounts, checkout etc, cross validation, writing business process
• Process information into various systems to help create product relationship mapping information.
• Provide operational and tactical support for E-Store processes and information to both internal and external business partners

• Be proactive on data analysis
• Support IT on the SDLC process for system development.
• Develop as-is and to-be process flows
• Developing data conversion plans

 

 

Qualifications

 

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, finance, business administration or related field.
• 5 years relevant work experience
• Strong project management skills.
• Previous experience with the ability of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and operating with tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

J2EE Architect - eCommerce
This individual will be responsible for designing the next generation of eStore commerce platform. This position will report to the Director of products and platform within eStore engineering organization.
 
We need a self-driven person who can work and excel in a fast-paced environment and at a minimum create small to medium size J2EE applications from start to finish on their own. This includes but is not limited to; customer interaction, validating requirements, system design, front-end development using Wicket/Spring technologies, back-end development using various J2EE APIs, development of complex SQL queries, direct interaction with J2EE application servers, development builds, application deployments, integration/enterprise testing, and support of applications within a production environment. The candidate will be asked to work both independently and as a member of a small team and should be able to guide or mentor junior members of the team.

Core Responsibilities:
*Interacts with the Business team, vendors and project management to understand requirements and timelines
*Reviews high level and detailed design documents for applications, interacting with multiple teams and stakeholders;
*Designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements small to medium sized projects. 
*Participates in functional design development and reviews and work with technical team members to determine technical design approaches
*Researches and troubleshoots any design, deployment or production issues

* Knowledge of payment processing systems preferred
*Experience with E-Commerce and content management platforms; opensource eCommerce platform experience preferred
*Ability to gather, synthesize and drive resolution of projects from cross-functional team.
*Excellent Architectural Modeling and Design Skills with common design patterns, such as MVC, Factory, Facade, Delegate, etc.
*UML Modeling and ER Modeling experience
*Sound knowledge of Java EE technologies and frameworks such as JSP, openJPA, Servlets, Spring, XML, Ant, Maven, XML schema, JDBC, SOAP,WSDL, JavaScript, AJAX; 
*Proven practical experience with application servers, mainly Weblogic, including deployment, functioning and administration; 
*Expertise on Oracle technology- PL/SQL with SQL tuning
*Experience with developing product for a large scale, multi-tier, highly available ecommerce systems (Unix/Solaris/Linux); Unix and Perl scripting an added plus
*Good debugging and analytical skills
*Experience with offshore development vendors a plus
*Experience with Cloud based systems like Salesforce, Azul a plus
*Excellent problem solving and consultative skills.
*Ability to get results with tactical execution and attention to detail.

JAVA/J2EE Developer
3-5 years Object oriented development including Java / J2EE server application programming (Servlets, Java Server Pages (JSP), JSTL, EJB, JMS, Spring, Hibernate, JPA)
3-5 years experience in Application/Web Servers (Websphere , Weblogic  and Apache Tomcat) on Unix/Windows Platforms.
3-5 years web-based eCommerce development experience with a focus on B2B & B2C. Elastic Path eCommerce platform is a plus. 
3-5 years experience in relational databases (Oracle, DB2, MS-SQL, Sybase). Knowledge of Oracle streams is a plus
Experience in development of use cases Automated unit testing (JUnit, JUnitEE, Cactus, MockObjects, etc)
Knowledge of modern frameworks and APIs like Open JPA, Spring, Struts2, Wicket, JSF, Velocity 
Experience in building Web Service applications (using Oriented Architecture (SOA), XML SOAP, UDDL, JAX-WS, JAX-B, SAAJ)
Experience in client side Font End(GUI) Development using HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript ,AJAX, JSP,JSF, Wicket, Swings, JQuery, GWT, Struts
