Need: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Stamford, CT

Salary Range: $65K per annum +Benefits.

Start Date: ASAP.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Systems Analyst position to work with the IT project team and the business organization customers. Demonstrated ability to successfully perform various aspects of the Analyst role across multiple, complex system implementation with custom built applications. Work with project and business teams to facilitate communication and translate requirements to IT team. Will perform business analysis and process improvement on project requirements for various applications. During development phase supports development team to create and execute complex system test cases. The role demands 50% System Analysis with focus on system testing and 50% on requirement translation between IT and Business teams. This person must be highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision and follow through with tasks to completion.

·        Excellent written and oral communication skills

·        Learn / analyze complex, interconnected business processes & systems quickly

·        Ability to translate complex concepts between business customers and technical project team

·        Need to work on structured development methodology with Agile/Scrum methodology

·        Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and mentor/direct others.

·        Experience with relational databases and queries
