Below is the Hot need with Citizens Bank.. We already placed a candidate for same role at Citizens.

 

This is with Citizens Bank will be a 6 month project to start…In Cranston, RI….process in a phone screen then face to face….I can pay $65-68 hr need a SR Consultant….

 

PeopleSoft HCM Developer - Technical Analyst 

Description 
Immediate need for a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Lead Developer on a contract basis. This developer will be responsible for SQR and Application Engine development for a PeopleSoft upgrade to version 9.1. 

Duties and Responsibilities 
Meet with business analysts to analyze business processes, understand requirements, and recommend technical solutions 
Based on business requirements, develop reports and interfaces using SQR; Document all custom code changes 
Setup and configure process scheduler jobs and distribution 
Perform unit testing and integration testing 

Qualifications 
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree a plus. 
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM (version 8.9 or later) and PeopleTools required. Experience with upgrades a plus. 
Exposure to various reporting technologies such as Business Objects is highly desired. 
Minimum of 4 years experience with relational database architecture and models. (Oracle or SQL Server preferred). 
Experience using a structured systems development methodology required. 
Strong problem solving and analytical skills; Must have strong communication skills; Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks.
