-Multitask on 2 or more projects

-Ability to troubleshoot problems associated with WebSphere Message Broker

-Ability to train/mentor Junior Staff members

-Ability to document current environment

-Communication and Organizational Skills

-Decision Analysis Capabilities

-Highly Self-Driven and Self-Motivated

PREFERRED:

-Strong in use of Lotus Notes Email and databases
