JOB TITLE: Senior ITSM Consultant

JOB LOC: Arkansas

JOB DURATION: 6 MONTHS +

JOB RATE: DOE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key skills required: (in the order of priority)

•Consulting around people/process/technology and good customer
management

•Expertise with implementing BMC Remedy ITSM v7, specifically Service
Desk, Change Management, Asset Management and SLM

•Experience developing BMC ITSM in Windows environment is mandatory
and experience in a Unix environment is highly desirable

•General understanding of, and ability to integrate to, Oracle or SQL
databases is mandatory; exposure to Sybase and DB2 advantageous

•Capability to create system integrations utilizing web services,
APIs, Java, C, etc. extremely beneficial Profile: The candidate must
have at least 6 ? 8 years of directly related, demonstrable experience
in software development and/or system integration and at least 2 ? 3
years of consulting experience Responsibilities

•Lead customer and delivery team in assessing business needs and
gathering system functional requirements

•When project has no dedicated Process Consultant, assess and capture
required changes to customer's people practices and processes

•Oversee (author when necessary) the documenting of solution
requirements; approve prior to submittal

•Oversee (author when necessary) creation of the solution detailed
design based on functional requirements
