Job Description
PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant – Hands on functional consultant
Qualifications
Must have outstanding communication skills Must have above average consultant skills (no less than 10 years experience) Must have any of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules (Compensation, eComp. Session Planning, Talent Management) Must have done at least 4 upgrades and 4 implementations Must able to perform Fit/Gap sessions Must document Fit/Gap session and outcome Must document meeting minutes Must be able to Configure modules listed above Must be able to Create and execute Test Scripts Must have experience in troubleshooting Must be a lead and mentor the client Must be able to think on their feet Must be able lead and conduct client meetings Must be able to give weekly status and updates to PM Must be self motivated and a problem solver
