Job title : Seeking Web Quality Assusrance Test Lead
Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 12-months – ASAP start!

Rate: $55/hr.

Interview Type : Phone Screen followed by face to face Interview .

The Web Quality Assurance Test Lead will manage all UAT activities for an important asset management web site in development with the Interactive Marketing Team.  This creative group focuses on developing thoughtful, easy user interfaces that enable and serve strategic online marketing programs.  We bring together the major elements of IA, content, and design, and then develop, executive and measure the results.  We are seeking a proven test manager and QA lead who can facilitate and executive all UAT test procedures, people and processes. 

 

This work includes coordinating teams of test groups, and identifying when regression testing or additional functional testing is needed.  Ideal candidates will have a robust technical background appreciation for user-focused design solutions. 

 

Required skills:

*Experience in adopting and executing an existing test plan, providing improvements.  *Flexible approach:  bring structure and process to an iterative, agile development environment.  *7+ years of web QA test leadership experience required, including writing test cases, developing test strategies, and developing comprehensive test plans for secure web sites.  *Experience leading QA on complex projects, with durations between  6 months and 1 year in length.  *Ability to interpret requirements, either from formal written requirements or from strategic planning documentation.  *Knows how to maintain regression test bed, as needed.

 

Must understand front-end web technologies (XHTML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop, Flash) etc…. 

 

Must have excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
