Business Analyst (Case Management system with legal domain)
Rate:  $55 per/hr
Location:  Annapolis, MD
Duration: 3 years contract
IN PERSON INTERVIEW IS A MUST!!!

The candidate needs to have experience in migration and Case Management system. Knowing how to work with legal domain . 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Strong analytical skills, including an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs into application and operational requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including: executives, IT personnel, consultants and subject matter experts.
• Ability to develop requirement documents using standard templates in simple language
• Ability to work independently, under the direction of the Court Business Office Director, with subject matter experts, stakeholders, IT personnel and consultants.
• Ability to facilitate discussions with diverse group.
• Ability to engage in and prioritize assignments across multiple initiatives.
• Ability to interpret Maryland Code and Statutes
• Ability to translate business processes into technological solutions. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
• Ability to perform all essential job functions
