Job Title: SFDC Architect
Relevant Experience (Yrs) :
The Solution Architect will hold end-to-end functional responsibilities as it relates to the analysis and design of enterprise level solutions including the assessment of viable solution options, formulating and presenting solution options
They will work closely with SFDC COE team to ensure robust solution is provided with timeline/effort.
Necessary Skills:
• 2-5 years experience leading application solution design efforts
• Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM
• Experience with Enterprise Integration tools
• Hands-on experience in APEX, Visualforce.
• Extensive experience with Extract, transformation and load tools.
• Hands on development experience with the salesforce.com API.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop project deliverables that support the solution design to include discussion documents and
other project artifacts
• Hands-on application configuration/customization
• Establish domain/industry vertical expertise and broad application expertise
• Should be aware of following in SFDC.
• System Architecture and Integrations Review
• Data Duplication
• Person Account versus Accounts & Contacts (Physicians/Residents/Fellows/Consumers)
• Managing relationships between related Accounts and Contacts
• Profiles/Security Model
• Role Hierarchy
• Sharing Rules
• Validation Rules
• Global Event (custom application) versus traditional campaigns
• Account Records Types (eg. Dental / Recon)
• Field Naming Conventions (Recommendations on standard/global naming conventions)
• Global Sales Opportunity Management Process
• Account Object design
Generic Managerial Skills:
• Able to plan/track tasks/activities
