• Eight Years of experience in the entire Software Development Lifecycle(SDLC) using Oracle 10g/9i/8i on Windows and Unix platforms in the phases of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Maintenance
• Extensively worked in creating, debugging and testing procedures, Functions, Triggers and Packages using advanced PL/SQL
• Comprehensive hands-on experience with Client/Server technology using Oracle Developer 2000 Forms 10g/9i/6i and Reports 10g/9i/6i
• Highly proficient in writing SQL queries(Sub queries and Join conditions), PL/SQL subprograms and Query Level Performance tuning
• Expert in using tools like TOAD, SQL*Plus and SQL Developer for writing PL/SQL programs
• Experience in creating complex triggers or generate packages and indexes to increase performance and complex SQL queries for joining multiple tables

·         Extensive experience developing External tables and using Oracle utility tools like SQL*Loader.

• Extensively involved in SQL tuning, troubleshooting, debugging and fixing the codes/scripts
• Experienced in developing and modifying existing UNIX shells scripts and scheduling the jobs using Autosys and monitor the batch processing
• Solid understanding of relational databases
• Energetic self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good verbal, written, and presentation skill. Effective team player.

Programming Languages: C, Pro*C, PL/SQL, SQL, UNIX Scripting

GUI Tools: Oracle Forms and Reports 10g/9i/6i, Oracle Discoverer (10g)

Operating Systems: Windows 2000/XP/Win7, UNIX

Other Tools and Utilities: SQL *Plus, Toad, SQL Developer, SQL *Loader, Microsoft office, Microsoft Visio, PVCS, HP Quality Center, Oracle Data Warehouse, Data Mining and Business Intelligence tools
