Required Experience : 8+ yrs.
Client needs someone to work as the developer on the following Crystal projects:
1. Write reports against Nortel/Avaya Contact Center (ACD/Telephone Application). There are currently reports, but I need to be able to combine data in a different way to make analysis easier. Attached is a sample spec if that is at all helpful.
2. Update existing Crystal Reports that report off of our BMC Remedy system. We are upgrading this system and moving to a SaaS model so need someone familiar with the mechanics of working with and helping to setup an ODBC connection. Additionally, the reports need to have a few fields modified and repointed.
We will need this person to fully test all the report and provide hand-over documentation prior to the end of their engagement.
