Positions: Configuration Manager 

Location: Redmond, WA

Duration: 6-12 Months

 

Necessary Skill set:

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in enterprise support for SMS/ConfigMgr 2007
• In depth knowledge of SMS/ConfigMgr infrastructure including Client Health, Software Updates Management, OS Deployment, and Software Distribution.
• Ability to write complex SQL/WQL queries
• Thorough understanding of Windows server and client platforms
• Excellent in Windows, SQL, VBS / PowerShell Scripting and WMI to automate manual tasks
• Knowledge of WMI and XML is very essential
• Good understanding of Active Directory, OU structures and Group Policie is a big plus
• Understanding of Branch Cache, Multicast and related network technologies is a big plus
• Performs complex problem solving, determination and resolution of Application-related and SQL issues
• Understanding of multi-tiered application technology
