Required Skills :

 

The most important skills are Windows Server administration (including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, etc.) and VMware vSphere 4 / ESXi 4 administration.  SharePoint would be a nice-to-have, but is considered a plus. The VWware/vSphere skills are particularly important.
