Performance Tester

Relevant Experience (Yrs): At least 8-10 years of relevant experience with good communication skills.
Necessary Skills:
* Experience with performance testing on applications that work on citrix environment.
* Experience with working on fat windows client running on windows.
* Experience with HP Load Runner & HP Performance center.
Desired Skills:
* Knowledge on Injectors, VUGEN & Analysis Components.
* Performance benchmarking for all key transactions in the application.
* Experience with web applications involving LIMS basic within labware & Oracle, Crystal reports and knowledge on different counters that will be required to collect different metrics (Ex:- CPU, Memory, Memory leaks etc)
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Able to create performance test strategy, test plan and test cases.
* Carrying out performance testing (Load test, Stress test and Endurance Test).
* Able to device test scenarios and identify the required load for concurrency tests.
* Able to support customer in setting up performance environment. He should have knowledge on Injectors, VUGEN and Analysis components.
* Able to collate the results after every test and generate test summary report.
* Anlayze the test results and identify the possible bottlenecks and notify the development team for fixes.
