Responsibilities:

• Design, code, and unit test new features and modifications.
• Participate in the design and implementation of complex application features.  
• Coach and mentor team members on compliance with good software design practices, coding standards and defined specifications

 Mandatory:

• Strong experience in Windows .Net Client Server development
• 5 Years .NET Experience.
• 5 Years SQL Server Experience.
• 3 Years VB6 Experience.
• Thorough understanding in technical discipline and knowledge of older and newer Windows platforms (.NET, VB, Relational Databases, Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server), JAVA, SAP with advanced knowledge of at least one or more products
• Retail knowledge a must particularly in supply chain management, product lifecycle management, and merchandize planning.
• Must have worked in an onshore\offshore delivery model.
• Strong skills in SLDC methodologies.

 Desired:

• Background on Retail Planning Systems
• Documentation
