Job Title: Senior WebMethods Developer/Admin
Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 4 to 6 Months
This candidate will be working on the migration of wM from our client's data center to the new data center in VA and will be responsible for creating test plans for wM migration to the new data center, troubleshooting wM interfaces and modifying properties in both files and databases and identifying risks with the test plan and suggesting alternatives
A qualified candidate will have experience with the following:
4+ years of webMethods experience (both administrative and developer)
Should have exposure to webMethods platform administration and architecture.
Experience in development of services on wM, IS, TN
Experience with wM adapters (especially with SAP and preferably with SNC)
webMethods data center migration or replatforming
Experience with moving webMethods components from one data center to another and/or experience moving active webMethods components from one production environment to another (OS re platform, upgrade, etc.)
webMethods administration
Experience in day to day administration of wM, IS, TN, Broker, MWS, RI
Platform planning including high availability, disaster recovery, capacity planning
Solaris administration
Security including SFTP, SSH, HTTPS
3rd party load balancers (Big-IP a plus)
Database Administration (MS SQL Server and Oracle)
Experience deploying CA Introscope and experience configuring alerts and dashboards for Introscope
