Urgent Need of UAT Testing with Capital Markets in Mid Town, NY

This is for one of our client opening for UAT Testing in Mid Town, NY. This is a 12+ Months Contract position. The hourly rate is DOE.

 

Job Description:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of Software Testing experience.

• Excellent knowledge of SDLC, testing methodology and processes.

• Strong ability to interpret business requirements for the purpose of liaising with Technology Developers.

• Strong ability to structure effective end to end UAT cases for both execution and business (client) testing.

• Ability to manage technology relationship during development and UAT, as well as oversight of corrections of defects identified during UAT.

• Good SQL knowledge.

• Good and effective communication skills

• Capability to take-on new initiatives.

• Unix, MS Access and Advance MS Excel knowledge is + but not mandatory.

• Prior work experience in a financial institution; experience with Risk and/or Risk technology projects preferred.
