- Hands on experience in Rational Suite of Products like Rational Rose in developing Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams using UML, Rational Suite
- Strong trouble shooting capabilities and problem solving and team leading capabilities
- Assisted in efforts estimation and preparing Project management data
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and apply new skills and technologies to various problem domains.
- Has the ability to suggest solutions to applications/packages
- Exposed to quality procedures like ISO and CMM
- LOMA certified professional – (Life and Health Insurance)
- A team player with excellent technical skills
- Any certification.
