Job Description:	Job Description for ETL Tester in Richmond Test ETL code using Informatica/Abinitio, Unix and back end database Mock test data Execute jobs using unix shell scripts Load target terdata tables and vaildate using SQL statements Execute test cases in QC and log defects Create, Review BAS with Tech lead, BSA and QA manager and get sign off from customers Identify data needs. Request data from source or TDM (creating scrub book) as needed for the current and future work. Also mock test data when source data not available. Create test cases using standard test case template. Review test cases in excel with tech lead, BSA and UAT resources and obtain sign off before execution. Import test cases to QC. Assign work to offshore Conduct status call with offshore Communicate to the delivery team and QA manager about issues, concerns and/or risks Perform dry run of the new code.
