Position: Technical Architect/Siebel Consultant
US CITIZEN / EAD / GREEN CARD
Technical Skills:
*5 + years hands on Siebel integration experience
*Hands on Siebel configuration experience
*Significant hands on Siebel application development experience
*Ability to replicate existing application development as part of new CTI integration
*Experience in defining detailed test scripts to validate application and CTI integration
*Specific Siebel / Genesys CTI integration experience would be a bonus.
*Experience in delivering global projects with virtual and dispersed teams.
*Ability to perform under pressure from strict time line constraints (performance driven)
Soft Skills :
*Excellent communication/inter personal skills especially given variety of nationalities/cultures and numerous stakeholders involved
*Sense of realism and pragmatism, openness and approachability.
*Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
*Ability to challenge and to motivate others who may not be under this persons direct control
*Willingness to travel
*Complete fluency in English
Job Description
Asset Integrity project
The Casper Siebel CRM solution provides CRM functionality for US Fuels Retail customers with 240 users based in Houston and Manila. Siebel provides the web-based application interface; management of all customer information and interaction history. Genesys provides real-time interaction routing (voice/email/fax) as well as real-time and historical interaction reporting. A number of key components (Oracle 8i database platform, Windows 2000 operating system, Genesys interfaces to PBX via CC6 functionality and Genesys components on v6.5) need to be upgraded and the aspiration is to complete this by Q1 2012. This Resource Request is specifically requesting a US Fuels Casper Siebel Technical specialist.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Reporting line: Reports to US Fuels Casper Siebel's Upgrade PM
• Technical Subject matter expert for Siebel working with existing Genesys SME
• Responsible for all Siebel integration activities to new GPLUS adapter from Genesys version 8
• Strong initiative / analytical skills for resolving potential integration challenges
• Manage specific deliverables as follows:
• Contribute to deployment strategy for the Siebel Genesys integration project.
