Job Title:Java Developers with Liferay Portal
Location: Dallas, TX (Work from Home)
Duration: 6+ Months

Candidate should have Liferay Portal Experience.

Skill set:
Very strong Jave J2EE development skills
Experience in Java web portal design and development using Liferay 6.x Enterprise Edition in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Must have 1 to 3 years Java Server Faces (JSF) development experience
Experience in WSRP remote portlet development Must have 3 to 5 years experience in Java J2EE application development
Responsible for taking over existing Liferay 6.x based code, participate with code review, make recommendations to optimize or correct deficiencies, and develop additional logic in support of future functionality
Experience developing applications using Spring Framework
Experience or knowledge of hibernate
Experience in use of Ajax to enhance web user experience
Experience in Liferay 6.x portal role based security and OpenLDAP integration
Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and in creating supporting documentation for the various phases of the SDLC
Participate in design or prototypes and wireframes and support team with customer walkthrough of the design documentations
Perform unit testing and participate in the development of system and UAT test cases
Experience in Java server pages development using Apache Tomcat
Preferred if consultant has earlier worked with VJVTXLifeR
