Job Description:


Position Overview :


Reporting to the Solutions Delivery Manager or Director of Enterprise Solutions, this role will implement and support solutions within the HCM product family. The idea candidate would be a highly motivated, self-starter who enjoys the challenge of learning new technologies in a fast- paced environment.


Supporting responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working cross-functionally to ensure alignment between business requirements and

  • solution capabilities to be able to design and configure the solution, while adhering to IT standards

  • Providing guidance and support to other team members.

  • Adhering to the IT Change Control process and SOX controls/requirements

  • Providing accurate estimates for work, and meeting defined timelines for deliverables


Note: Training for this position will be conducted in our Atlanta Office and therefore will require periodic travel to Atlanta over a 60-day period.






Qualifications


Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related

  • discipline

  • 5 years of experience in IT application analysis and support

  • 3 years of experience working with Oracle Ebusiness Suite HCM applications

  • with a focus on Payroll, version 11i or r12

  • Demonstrated ability to create functional specifications, testing plans, testing

  • scripts and other documents related to the SDLC

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, perform independent research,

  • collaborate with team members and resolve within the defined SLA

  • Demonstrated ability to research issues and solutions, and communicate them

  • concisely

  • Experience with Oracle HCM Ebusiness Suite applications

  • Experience with one implementation from start to finish of Oracle Ebusiness

  • Suite Payroll

  • Strong understanding of the SDLC with basic project management skills

  • Solid understanding of the Payroll process from time captures thru to check

  • disbursement

  • Solid understanding of the HCM security model within Ebusiness Suite

  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Visio

  • Must be able to understand business requirements and software capabilities and

  • merge the two to deliver enhancements and efficiencies to the business
