Requirement / Responsibilities:

 

• Configure, monitor, log, and troubleshoot SAS servers and processes, including error messages and using system logs
• Provides support of SAS applications software by providing software upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to monitor and improve performance through diagnostics and tuning tools
• RedHat Linux & Windows
• HADOOP
• JBoss Application Server
• SAS® Analytics Pro (Base, STAT, Graph)
• SAS® Enterprise Miner
• SAS/ETS®
• SAS®/Access to Microsoft SQL Server
• SAS®/Access to OLE/DB
• SAS®/Text Miner
• Various SAS DB connectors
• SAS® Visual Analytics tool experience is highly preferred
• Assist with installation and configuration of a new Visual Analytics environment
• User setup, including any client-side installation
• Document system configuration
• Document runbooks for support
